Debarred by an agency for violation of the Buy American Act, 41 U.S.C. 10b(b). Offers shall not be solicited from, nor contracts or subcontracts for the construction, alteration, or repair of public buildings or works, be awarded to, the listed contractor. The contractor may be solicited for offers and awarded contracts for other than construction, alteration, or repair of public buildings or works. Debarment will terminate on the date shown.
