Is GovGazette free?
Yes. Search, MCP tools and the public API are free and need no account or API key. A free account is needed to read a full notice on the website. There is no paid plan in the current release.
How do saved searches work?
Create a private workspace, keep its recovery key, and save up to 20 searches. The first complete check establishes a baseline. Later changes appear in your inbox and private feed. Email alerts are not available.
Can I use it with an AI assistant?
Yes. Choose your assistant for MCP connection instructions and research plugin downloads. Setup availability and tested connections are listed separately.
Does an active notice mean I can still respond?
No. Source status can remain active after the response deadline. Read the current official notice and its attachments.
Does an exclusion search clear a vendor?
No. Names can match more than one entity, and a missing match does not establish eligibility. Review identifiers, dates and restrictions at the official source.
Is GovGazette a government service?
No. GovGazette is an independent research service. Official agencies remain the authority for their records and contracting decisions.
