Debarred by the Secretary of Labor for violation of the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, 40 U.S.C. 37. Offers shall not be solicited from, nor contracts be awarded to, the listed contractor or any firm, corporation, partnership or association in which the contractor has a controlling interest. Debarment is for a three-year period to terminate on the date shown.
