Proposed debarment by an agency pursuant to Causes for debarment (FAR 9.406-2)(b)(2) for violations of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, Pub. L. 100-690. Same as Code N, except that proposed debarments are temporary actions. Therefore, the termination date will be listed as "Indefinite" (Indef.).
