Suspension by an agency pursuant to Causes for suspension (FAR 9.407-2)(a)(4) for violations of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, Pub. L. 100-690. Same as Code N, except that suspensions are temporary actions. Therefore, the termination date will be listed as "Indefinite" (Indef.).
