Mark W. Zimmerman

Mark W. Zimmerman entered into a voluntary plea agreement and agreed to a permanent voluntary exclusion from any and all USDA farm programs, including those administered by the Risk Management Agency (RMA) and the Farm Service Agency (FSA) beginning December 12, 2019, and continuing indefinitely. The exclusion applies to Mark W. Zimmerman only (per the Plea Agreement). Mr. Zimmerman pled guilty to aiding and abetting another, knowingly made and caused to be made a false statement for the purpose of influencing the action of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation and a company it reinsures, in that he falsely reported the amount of his total crop production.
