Remedies
FAR 25.702-3
Upon the determination of a false certification under subsection 25.702-2 - (a) The contracting officer may terminate the contract; (b) The suspending and debarring official may suspend the contractor in accordance with the procedures in subpart Debarment, Suspension, and Ineligibility (FAR 9.4) ; and (c) The suspending and debarring may debar the contractor for a period not to exceed 3 years in accordance with the procedures in subpart Debarment, Suspension, and Ineligibility (FAR 9.4) .
