OF 347 , Order for Supplies or Services . OF 347 , prescribed in Simplified acquisition procedures (SF’s 18, 30, 44, 1165, 1449, and OF’s 336, 347, and 348) (FAR 53.213) (f) , may be used by contractors when requisitioning from the VA, as specified in Authorization to use Government supply sources (FAR 51.102) (e)(3)(ii).
