Drone must have first person view ability. Drone must have manual, altitude, position, mission, loiter, orbit and return flight modes. Prescribed fire sphere dispenser must have a minimum payload of 400 1 inch spheres. Dispenser must have a drop rate of at least 100 per minute. Dispenser must weigh less than 5 lbs empty. Camera must be a radiometric thermal camera with at least 640 x 512 at 30hz. Vi
