NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to HANNECARD ROLLER COATINGS INC 1031 Lambert ST Barberton, Ohio 44203-1611 United States under the authority of Applicability (FAR 12.102)(a). It has been determined that HANNECARD ROLLER COATINGS INC is the sole provider of Hannecard Thermally Sprayed Test Samples. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
