Instron System Retrofit Upgrade

SPECIAL NOTICE: VENDORS MUST REFERENCE THE NOTICE ID WHEN SUBMITTING A CAPABILITY STATEMENT. NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Instron System Retrofit Upgrade Package. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to ILLINOIS TOOL WORKS INC 825 University AVE Norwood, Massachusetts 02062-2643 United States under the authority of Applicability (FAR 12.102)(a). It has been determined that ILLINOIS TOOL WORKS INC is the sole provider of Instron System Retrofit Upgrade Package. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Gl
