The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract for replacement audiovisual equipment. This requirement will be processed under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13. The resulting contract is intended to be awarded on 100% small business set aside basis.
