Intent to Sole Source Specialized laboratory medical testing services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Mayo Collaborative Services, Inc., for a base year plus four option years, because we believe they are the sole source provider for specialized laboratory medical testing services.
