NAVFACSYSCOM NW intends to issue a Limited-Source Utility Service Master Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to utility service providers that have agreements to provide utility services within the Northwest?s Area of Responsibility (NW AOR), with most services performed in Washington State under NAICS Codes 221122 Electric Power Distribution and 221210 Natural Gas Distribution.
