NOTICE: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation notice. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) intends on making TWO AWARDS from this ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. This announcement intends on fulfilling upcoming Superfund Technical Assessment Response Team (START) requirements in Region 4 and Region 5 of the US EPA. The Superfund Division, Emergency Response branches in Region 4 and R
