SPECIAL NOTICE: VENDORS MUST REFERENCE THE NOTICE ID WHEN SUBMITTING A CAPABILITY STATEMENT. NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Complete set of Engineering Test Unit (ETU) electronic cards, backplane, chassis and intellectual property for CUVIS main electronics box (MEB). NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to NOVO SPACE, CO under the authority of Applicability (FAR 12.102)(a).
