NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to SPACE DATA ASSOCIATION LTD under the authority of Applicability (FAR 12.102)(a). It has been determined that SACE DATA ASSOCIATION LTD is the sole provider of ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
