Website Maintenance and Design

The Department of Health and Human Services, Office on Women’s Health, awarded a sole-source Federal Supply Schedule order to RIVA Solutions, Inc. for website operations, maintenance, and design services, including Drupal support, accessibility and security support, and implementation and sustainment of an AI-powered chatbot. The order was awarded under GSAM/R 538.7104-3(b)(1)(ii), Only One Source. The approved, publicly releasable sole-source justification is attached. This is a notice of an award already made; it is not a request for quotations.
