The solicitation will be issued under FAR Part 12.201-1 procedures, with a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement, and will utilize Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1)(a)(2).
