Navy Advertising and Marketing Services

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Lowe Campbell Ewald Company of Detroit, MI to provide Advertising and Marketing Services in support of the Navy Recruiting Advertising Program in support of the Commander, Naval Recruiting Command (CNRC), located in Millington, TN. The Navy requires full-service advertising and marketing services to assist in fulfilling critical manpower needs to fill vacancies in enlisted and officer programs for both the active and reserve components.
