Carts and Racks

This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside for carts and racks for the Defense Commissary Agency stores located in CONUS, OCONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii. However, for OCONUS locations, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port.
