NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to SAFRAN DEFENSE & SPACE, INC 15020 Compark BLVD Parker, Colorado 80134 United States under the authority of Applicability (FAR 12.102)(a). It has been determined that SAFRAN DEFENSE & SPACE, INC is the sole provider of Safran HDR WBR 600 Software/ Firmware Upgrade. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
