USC Operational and Logistical Support for SeaPRISM & SMARTs

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for USC Operational and Logistical Support for SeaPRISM & SMARTs NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA under the authority of Applicability (FAR 12.102)(a).
