NASA/Johnson Space Center plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC). This acquisition is to acquire services for a commercially owned and operated Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination System that can provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective end-to-end service.
