FOIAXpress Sole Source Justification

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Office of Award Terminations (OAT) intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition for its FOIAXpress Licenses and Technical Support services to AINS dba Casepoint (UEI: NEFMH93JD5J6).
