Once a solicitation is issued, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by NAVSUP FLCY. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial products/services. The Government intends to issue a solicitation and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement.
