This Privacy Policy describes how GovGazette (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use govgazette.com, related marketing pages, authenticated product features, and communications we send. It does not cover the separate x402 agent API host (agentic-gov-contracts.vercel.app) beyond noting that it is a related service operated by us with its own machine-facing surfaces.

This page is a practical product policy, not a substitute for legal advice. If your jurisdiction requires specific disclosures, consult counsel.

Account & contact data

  • Email address, name, and authentication identifiers
  • Organization/account metadata you enter in the product
  • Support or contact messages you send us

Billing data

  • Subscription status and plan identifiers processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Product usage

  • Saved searches, readiness checklist answers, triage inputs, Fit Brief lane profiles, and other workflow data you create
  • Approximate usage logs needed to operate and secure the service

Technical data

  • IP address, browser type, device signals, and cookies or similar technologies (see also our Cookie Policy)

Public government data

Opportunity and reference content is derived from official public sources (e.g. SAM.gov bulk extracts, Acquisition.gov lookups). That content is not personal data about you.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve the website and product
  • Authenticate users and enforce plan entitlements
  • Process subscriptions and send transactional email
  • Generate workflow outputs you request (e.g. digests queued for delivery, Fit Brief artifacts)
  • Comply with law and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Processors who help us run the product (hosting, database, auth, email, payments, analytics) under contractual obligations
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • Successors in a merger or acquisition, with notice where required

4. Retention

We retain account and workflow data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of account data subject to legal holds.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, access controls, provider security features). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

  • Update profile information in account settings
  • Cancel subscriptions via billing portal where available
  • Request access or deletion by contacting us (see Contact)
  • Control cookies via browser settings and our Cookie Policy

7. Children

GovGazette is directed at business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

8. International users

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. If you access the service from elsewhere, you consent to that processing as allowed by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may be communicated in-product or by email when appropriate.

10. Contact
