These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GovGazette websites, accounts, and paid subscription features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are a base policy for a small software business. They do not replace legal advice for your jurisdiction.
GovGazette provides a readable index of U.S. federal contract opportunities drawn from official public sources. Signed-in users can also use saved searches, alerts, bid/no-bid notes, and exports. You do not need a paid plan to browse public pages.
Free agent JSON is available on the same origin under /api/agent (rate-limited, no account required for public reads). Discovery details are in /llms.txt and /api/agent/openapi.json. Higher-volume or paid agent access may be offered later on this product; any such paths will be documented on govgazette.com and do not replace these Terms for the website and accounts.
Use the content and tools for research only. We do not provide legal, tax, or procurement counsel. We do not guarantee eligibility, awards, past performance outcomes, or that any opportunity will remain open. Always verify requirements on official SAM.gov notices and consult qualified advisors for your situation.
Paid plans (currently Pro) are billed via Stripe according to the plan you select. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. You can cancel to stop future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
We may change prices with notice for later billing periods. The pricing page and product state which features each plan includes. We may change those features.

GovGazette branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Official government data remains subject to its public source terms; we do not claim ownership of raw SAM.gov notices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or perfect data completeness.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the service. You may stop using the service and cancel paid plans at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law says otherwise. Venue for disputes lies in state or federal courts located in Texas, subject to applicable consumer protections.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for subsequent use.
