Description
UPDATE: AMENDMENT 0001 IS HEREBY POSTED, UPDATING ATTACHMENT 0001- PRICE MATRIX AND ADDING CLAUSES FAR 52.222-90 AND DFARS 252.227-7016. The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island requests a proposal for the supply of MB Smoke Pot Inner Packing to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Pine Bluff, AR in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. This Non-Commercial Solicitation, W519TC26RA013, is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal is responsive and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 326140; size standard is 1000 employees.
