Description

Solicitation 12FPC426Q0039 is updated to provide answers to vendor questions. Please see the questions & answers attachment. Quotes are due no later than 5:00 PM EST on June 25th, 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for performance of an Initial Areawide Market Analysis for Delaware and subsequent annual AWMA recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following FY not to exceed 3 additional years. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531320 The small business size standard is $9.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Any questions regarding the solicitation can be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Hannah Ward at hannah.ward@usda.gov and the Contracting Officer, Shermeka Showers at shermeka.showers@usda.gov. All questions must be submitted by 6/17/2026. A consolidated list of Questions and Answers will be published on the site prior to closing if questions are received.
