Description
Background: The MILabs VECTor-6/CT/OI system is a critical imaging platform for the VA Biomolecular Imaging Center, enabling high-resolution anatomic and molecular imaging for pre-clinical biomedical research. This equipment supports studies involving conventional and immuno-compromised small animal models. Due to the complexity and proprietary nature of the system, MILabs the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) approved technicians are required to provide maintenance and support. Sustained uptime is essential to prevent delays in research projects and protect VA s investment. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide a Full-Service maintenance plan for the MILabs VECTor-6/CT/OI system to ensure continuous operational readiness and compliance with safety and quality standards. The goal is to minimize downtime, maintain system performance, and support VA research objectives through comprehensive technical support, preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and software updates/upgrades. See posted Solicitation for further information.
