Delta 8 10 SOPS Matrix Switch

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA255026Q0016 is issued as a RFQ for two S24530BX-661-D2 and one SPK-S24530BFX-1 Spares kit for use with the ground system antennas for Delta 8 10 SOPS. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. See attachment 3 - Delta 8 10 SOPS Justification and Approval Matrix Switch Redacted for the justification and approval of the brand name restriction to Universal Switching Corporation equipment. See attachment 4 - SF 1449 for the date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point and a list of the applicable provisions and clauses that apply to the requirement. Please note Sections L and M in the SF 1449 as they have specific submission instructions and evaluation criteria. Questions in response to this solicitation are due by 27 April 2026 at 1400 Mountain Daylight Time. All offers are due by 30 April 2026 at 1400 Mountain Daylight Time.
