Description
This is an Area of Interest under the NIWC Atlantic RCC CSO N6523626S0001. NIWC Atlantic, in support of the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), United States European Command (EUCOM) and U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, seeks to prototype an enduring and responsive Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) software development capability. This effort is designed to enhance the agility and dedicated OCONUS presence of software development assets to more effectively meet the dynamic, time-sensitive operational needs of EUCOM/AFRICOM. There is a critical need for a flexible framework that can rapidly prototype, develop, deploy, and sustain software-based solutions using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology, ensuring that emerging warfighter requirements are addressed at the speed of mission relevance.
