Notice ID: FA521526N0002 Notice Type: Special Notice Title: Maui Base Operations Support Services and Construction - Virtual Industry Day THIS IS A VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY ONLY. This event is intended for information and planning purposes only � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Air Force is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this event; all costs associated with responding to this event will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not participating or responding to this event does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Objective: The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (766 ESS) will host a Virtual Industry Day to provide industry partners with an overview and receive feedback of the contemplated �Maui Base Operations Support Services and Construction� effort, to include the 1) Base Operations Support (BOS) Services; and 2) Design, Construction, and Design-Build projects in support of the 15th Space Surveillance Squadron (15 SpSS) located on the Island of Maui. This event serves the purpose of conducting market research to identify capable sources, as well as solicit feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement documents and other topics. The industry day will be conducted in two parts: 1) an approximately one-hour overview for all registered attendees and 2) time slotted one-on-one sessions (15 minutes in length) between government representatives and vendors who registered for a one-on-one session. One-on-one sessions may go into a second day (12 June) based on the total number of registered vendors. These sessions are limited to 15 minutes per vendor. All participants must register No Later Than 03 June 2026 by 1600 HST by emailing the Primary and Alternate POCs a completed Attachment 03 Registration and Questions Form. Registration is limited to 3 representatives per company. Vendors are encouraged to submit their questions ahead of time in the space provided in Attachment 03 to maximize the limited time in the one-on-one session. All one-on-one Sessions will be recorded. Additionally, transcripts of all questions and government responses, as well as the attendance roster will be published to SAM.gov following the event.
