THIS IS A NOTICE OF AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The National Park Service awarded contract 140P6426C0001 to Wintrow Construction Inc., 673 Norton AVE, Barberton, Ohio 44203-1725in the amount of $377,099.54.
