Place of Contract Performance: The port/place of delivery for tow one is INACTSHIPS Bremerton, WA (USA) and the port/place of delivery for tow two is Pearl Harbor HI (USA). The port/place of destination for tow one and tow two will be Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands, Kauai, Hawaii (USA).
