Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Hazelton, located at 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525, intends to issue Solicitation 15B12126Q00000027 for FY27 Taxi and Ridesharing Services to support the release of female Adults in Custody from the Secure Female Facility (SFF). The period of performance will be October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Services will include transportation from FCC Hazelton-Secure Female Facility (SFF) to one of the following commonly used mass?transit destinations: Pittsburgh Greyhound Station - 55 11th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 - 75 trips estimated Pittsburgh International Airport- 1000 Airport Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15231- 32 trips estimated Morgantown Greyhound Station- 1112 Van Voorhis Road, Morgantown, WV 26505- 50 trips estimated Clarksburg Halfway House- 55 Columbia Blvd, Clarksburg, WV 26301- 12 trips estimated Cumberland Greyhound Station- 201 E Harrison Street, Cumberland, MD 21502- 5 trips estimated Services will be provided on an as?needed basis. The numbers shown above are estimates only. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum, and multiple destinations may be required on the same day. Last?minute notification may occur, though it is not the standard. Occasional pickup for released males from either the United States Penitentiary (USP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) or Satellite Prison Camp (SPC) to be included if requested. Services will not be required every day. All pricing shall be provided FOB Destination to FCC Hazelton. The resulting contract will be a Firm?Fixed?Price type. The Government reserves the right, upon award, to make a single formal award.The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, with price rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available exclusively on SAM.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition�including amendments, questions and answers, and updates�will be distributed solely through the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov to ensure they have the most current information. *** PLEASE NOTE *** -This is not a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solication may change when releasing the final RFQ. -No award will be made from this Presolicitation Notice. -All vendors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.
