Description
This is a Request for Information only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement or a request for quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be in writing and include a capabilities statement to Contracting Officer Daniel Zielinski, daniel.zielinski@va.gov, no later than 04/01/2026 at 10:00am EST. Telephone inquires shall not be accepted. **This is not a full statement of work but should allow vendors to determine if they are able to perform services of this size and scope. This firm-fixed price requirement is for maintenance of Varian TrueBeam and related software located in the Radiation Oncology Department (See equipment list below) of the Brooklyn VA Medical Center, located at 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209 from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2026, including four (4) option years. This requirement shall include all labor, full service, maintenance, tools, equipment, software updates, hardware updates, transportation and parts (excluding non-Varian parts) required to perform repair and preventive maintenance (PM) on listed equipment and software.
