Description

The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to extend the proposal due date from 2-20-2026 to 3-6-2026 at 11:00am (EST). The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to reply to industry question regarding this solicitation. Please see attachment #3 for Government responses. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Navigation, Seamanship, and Shiphandling Trainer (NSST) System at the following locations, with the associated Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): � 0001 - Orlando � 0002 - Mayport � 0003 - San Diego � 0004 - Sasebo � 0005 - Norfolk � 0006 - Pearl Harbor � 0007 - Everett � 0008 - Yokosuka � 0009 - Rota The contractor shall order and deliver complete NSST spare kits as specified in this Statement of Work. Each kit shall include all brand name components and part numbers listed in Attachment 1, NSST Spares Material List. All components and material provided must be new and free of defects. Upon receipt, the in-service engineer at each receiving site will conduct an inspection of the delivered material and report any damage or discrepancies to the Contract Specialist, who will notify the contractor. The contractor is responsible for managing all returns of damaged, defective, or noncompliant material, including arranging for return shipping and providing replacements in a timely manner. Exception: � For the EVGA graphics cards, part number 10GP53885KR, it is recognized that these items are obsolete and only a limited number of new units remain available from vendors. The Government will accept certified TAA-compliant refurbished cards to meet the requested quantity. The contractor shall ensure that the vendor includes the warranty information (including the warranty period, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures) with each item in the delivered kits. The contractor is not responsible for creating warranty documentation, but is responsible for confirming its inclusion by the vendo
