Description
Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for on-site expert financial accounting services to BUDFIN Treasury & Accounting to ensure accurate, timely accounting operations; support IPSAS implementation and training; support centralized accounting strategy/system upgrade activities; and support preparation of ACT consolidated annual financial statements, including audit liaison and follow-up. Period of Performance: From date of contract award through 31 December 2026 with one 12 � month option period, 1 January 2027 � 31 December 2027. Bids shall be received at HQ SACT, Purchasing and Contracting Office, no later than 26 June 2026, 0900 hours. No bids shall be accepted after this date and time. No hard copy proposals will be accepted. Please see Proposal Submission (paragraph 12) for more details. REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall provide a certified technical accountant to perform the tasks in Section 6 in direct support of the Section Head (Treasury & Accounting), BUDFIN, HQ SACT. Services shall be delivered as LOE on-site and include coordination across ACT entities as required to execute ACT-wide accounting and reporting responsibilities. BID DOCUMENTS Please see attached.
