Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8523-26-Q-B001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of two (2) Keysight Technologies Inc. E8257D PSG analog signal generator and two (2) Keysight Technologies Inc. N9030B PXA Signal Analyzers in support of the Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP) Office. This effort shall also include one option for three (3) Keysight Technologies Inc. E8257D PSG analog signal generator and three (3) Keysight Technologies Inc. N9030B PXA Signal Analyzers. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Amend 01. NOTICE: Please ensure the quote submitted in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) includes pricing for all line items identified in the solicitation (including option years). Please submit offers to thomas.royal.1@us.af.mil and latoya.williams.13@us.af.mil no later than 5:00 PM EDT on March 26, 2026.
