Description
NOTICE of SOURCES SOUGHT DFAS, Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources for the Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) from all qualified and experienced sources including small businesses, are encouraged to respond to the Notice. The ideal provider will have approximately forty-nine full-time staff located in Indianapolis, IN local commuting area, who possess verifiable experience and expertise in software and non-software support services to be acquired, fall within the general areas of implementing change requests to the system and performing routine system maintenance. The software and non-software support services to be acquired fall within the general areas of: Software Design Software Development Database Development Software Maintenance Database Maintenance System Change Request Requirements Analysis Software Testing Software Implementation Configuration Management Release Management Systems Interfaces Customer Inquiries Performance Measurements Production Support Audit Readiness Information Assurance The responses should include recent and relevant contracts (last 3 years), including the contract number, dollar value, period of performance, and scope of the work. Please reference the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included for further details and respond to the contact listed below with your responses to the attached RFI questions AND no more than three pages explaining in detail the magnitude of your experience in the above-mentioned subject matter areas. Qualified sources should submit their response via email to jennifer.a.stegman.civ@mail.mil by May 6th, 2026.
