*********************** Update as of 05 June 2026 ********************** Attachments 2 & 3 have been updated and added Attachment 6. ****************************************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HIRMC-009-26. The tentative start date is 12 June 2026 with a delivery date of 15 June 2026. Work is to be performed at PHNSY & IMF. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-26-Q-0053. Proposals are due on 08 June 2026 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contact listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, DFARS (05/07/2026), and NMCARS 18-22. This requirements is a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 Ship Building and Repairing with a size standard for this NAICS code of 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov/database before an award can be made to them. Please note the following for N32253-26-Q-0053: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Pages 30 -31 of the RFQ) provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Commercial Product and Commercial Services (Pages 32 - 33 of the RFQ) provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated. Site Visit: There will be no site visit opportunity for this requirement.
