Shelf Stocking and Custodial Operations

Description

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials and other items and services as necessary to perform shelf stocking, and custodial tasks in accordance with (IAW) this contract at the Fort Wainwright Commissary/CDC, located at 1060 Gaffney Road, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703-0027, nearest city, Fairbanks, Alaska. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials and other items and services as necessary to perform shelf stocking, and custodial tasks at the Fort Wainwright Commissary, located 1060 Gaffney Road, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703-0027, nearest city, Fairbanks, Alaska, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation includes a base period (March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027) and four one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 561990, and the business size standard is $16.5 Million. Information regarding the site visit, submissions of questions related to the site visit or PWS, and the government response to contractor questions can be found on the Standard Form (SF)33, Section L-Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters. The response due date is posted on SAM.Gov, however, may also be found on the (SF)33, under solicitation block 9. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from www.SAM.GOV on July 11, 2025.
