Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure a brand name requirement for Getac laptops, model S510, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1(d), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; Application for brand-name descriptions, to meet the Joint Mission Planning Software (JMPS) program. This requirement is for a brand name only and equals will not be accepted. The laptops shall be configured in accordance with the Statement of Work and all associated documents. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of two years. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation. Offers and responses to the solicitation shall be submitted using the instructions in Section L of the solicitation. ?The solicitation, Section L instruction to offerors, state the PIEE Solicitation module will be used for electronic proposal submission.
