Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sources Sought announcement is issued to conduct market research and identify parties interested in, and with the resources to support the Egyptian Navy, and its various locations. As a result of this market research, the U.S. Government will gain a better understanding of industry capabilities for this potential future requirement, which is anticipated to be solicited on a Full and Open basis. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified are invited to submit a Statement of Capabilities in response to this notice. Submissions must be emailed no later than 10:00 AM EDT on April 13, 2026, to both Contract Specialist Elena Shapovalova at Elena.N.Shapovalova@usace.army.mil and Contracting Officer Peter Smith at Peter.S.Smith@usace.army.mil. The email subject line should read: [Your Company Name] ? Response to Sources Sought W912ER26RA022. This is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. Submission of any information is purely voluntary, and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Do not submit classified material.
