Request for Quote (RFQ) � APX-103 Stepping Motors, NSN 6105?01?495?4060CX The Government is soliciting this effort as sole source to Northrop Grumman Corporation seeking firm?fixed?price quotations for the procurement of five (5) brand new APX-103 Stepping Motors, identified under National Stock Number (NSN) 6105?01?495?4060CX. This effort is being conducted as a non?commercial supply acquisition. The required item is defined as follows: Nomenclature: Stepping Motor NSN: 6105?01?495?4060CX Part Number: 667?60004 The Government will not consider alternate part numbers, substitute components, or remanufactured/reconditioned units. All motors provided must be new production and fully compliant with the original manufacturer�s configuration, performance characteristics, and quality standards. Vendors submitting a quotation shall provide a complete pricing proposal that includes unit price, total price, and any associated delivery or handling costs. Quotations must also include the offeror�s CAGE Code, UEI, business size classification, and confirmation that the quoted items meet all technical requirements of Part Number 667?60004 with no deviations. Delivery shall be made on an FOB Origin basis to the Government receiving location identified in the final award document. Offerors shall propose their best achievable delivery schedule. The Government reserves the right to evaluate delivery lead time as part of its overall assessment of best value. The Government intends to evaluate quotations based on technical acceptability, price, and delivery. Award will be given to the responsible offeror whose quotation meets all mandatory requirements and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from any offeror as needed to support evaluation. All quotations must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer by the date and time specified in the RFQ transmittal. Late submissions may not be considered. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their quotation is complete, accurate, and received by the Government prior to the deadline.
