Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70US0926Q70092720 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Laboratory Sterilizer Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services. Quote Submission Instructions: Offerors shall prepare and submit quotes that clearly demonstrate how they will fulfill all aspects and tasks within the Statement of Work (SOW). Failure to do so may result in the quote being deemed non-responsive and eliminated from further consideration. Quotes must be clear, concise, and complete. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion; therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms in their initial quote. Question Submission: All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Specialist at melissa.chabot@usss.dhs.gov and the Contracting Officer Jade Gaston at jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), June 12, 2026. Responses to questions will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. Quote Submission Deadline: Quotes shall be received in writing via email to the Contracting Specialist at melissa.chabot@usss.dhs.gov and the Contracting Officer Jade Gaston at jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), June 18, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Please refer to the attached solicitation for details.
