9 Apr 2019, The summary description below and descriptions for items 0001, 0001AN, 0001AP, and 0002 in the attached solicitation. There have not been any changes to the requirements document attachment. Cloud-based, web-scale Library Service Platform (LSP) for 13 Army University libraries, composed of an Integrated Library System (ILS), a web-scale Discovery Tool, an authentication layer, and an electronic resource management tool as well as 1 over-arching enterprise layer for ArmyU as outlined in the attached Requirements Description The Discovery Tool setup portion of conversion for all 14 locations must start by 1 September 2019. The 13 libraries to transition ILS as list in solicitation. Base Year Period of Performance (PoP) 1 Jul 2019 to 30 Jun 2020 with four option year for (LSP) Maintenance Subscription. Solicitation questions are due by COB on 16 April 2019. Email questions to david.r.wirt.civ@mail.mil Quotes with all supporting documentation are due in the contracting office by COB 10 May 2019. Quotes may be sent electronically via email or submitted as hard copy via carrier.
