RFQ Replace existing streetlight pole concrete bases for St. Cloud VA Health Care System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation information that is being requested. Solicitation number 36C26326Q0712 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
